About the use of the service
Our store is the self-service.
Please use it as favorite space of the customer.
There is not the drink station in a store.
You may have the favorite drink, food of the customer freely.
There is not the blanket for the rental.

About the system of the adjustment
Our store settle in 1 hour increments.
Firstly please pay a rate for the time your choice.
Please note that we cannot accept payments in 10 or 15 minute increments.
About going out during use
You are free to come and go as you please within the time included in the rate you are using.
On outing, please leave a key at the front desk.
If you are using with 2 people and 1 of you needs to go out, please come to the front desk once together.
About time excess going out
If you remain outside for the time you have been charged, you will be asked to leave the room.
When there is baggage, I take it once, but please note that you dispose when you cannot come to take it more than 3 days.
About the use of the 24 hours plan
As a general rule, check-out is at 11:00 a.m. the following morning, so even if your usage time is less than 24 hours, you will be charged the 24 hour plan rate.
If you plan to use the facility the next day or later, please come to the front desk by 11:00 a.m. and pay the fee for the next day.
You can also settle your payment before 11:00 a.m.
If you use the service for consecutive days, you can also settle the total amount in a lump sum. (for a maximum of 7 days)
※24 hour plans are accepted from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
About discount service by the long-term use
For new customers only, we offer discounts of 2,350 to 5,200 yen for 1 week of use.
For more details, please order it to the staff.
When you use a plan for 10 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours
If you leave the room before your scheduled time, we will not refund any fees that have been charged.
Please confirm your desired time beforehand.
The choice of the plan is once a day.
Please note that the plan you have started cannot be changed or extended during the course of the program.
